These Terms of Service operate as the master legally binding contract between you (the "Subscriber," "Reader," or "User") and Genius Marketing FZ, conducting business as Genius. ("Publisher," "We," "Our," or "Us").

By accessing the Genius. central hub, navigating to our subsidiary publications, consuming our intelligence, or opting into our communication networks, you unconditionally agree to abide by these stipulations. If you reject any provision of this master agreement, you must immediately disconnect from our network and unsubscribe.

Because the Genius. network aggregates intelligence across multiple high-risk sectors, you must acknowledge the following absolute limitations of our service:

We are NOT registered investment advisors or broker-dealers. We do not provide personalized financial recommendations. The financial markets are deeply volatile. WARNING: ENGAGING IN THESE MARKETS CARRIES THE RISK OF TOTAL CAPITAL DEPLETION.

Not Medical Advice & FDA Notice. Divisions publishing biological optimization or longevity protocols are NOT licensed healthcare providers. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. Any references to specific compounds, supplements, or physical regimens have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You must consult a licensed physician before modifying your health protocols.

Not Engineering or Life-Safety Advice. Divisions publishing off-grid energy survival tactics or physical infrastructure blueprints are NOT licensed structural engineers or electricians. No Fiduciary or Clinical Relationship: Consuming the research provided across the Genius. network does not establish an advisor-client, doctor-patient, or consultant-client relationship in any capacity.

TO THE ABSOLUTE FULLEST EXTENT AUTHORIZED BY THE LAWS OF THE UAE: GENIUS MARKETING FZ, ITS SUBSIDIARY BRANDS, DIRECTORS, AND EXECUTIVES DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE GENIUS. NETWORK.

THIS EXPLICITLY COVERS TRADING DEFICITS, PHYSICAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, BIOLOGICAL COMPLICATIONS, OR DATA INTERRUPTIONS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGIES DISCUSSED ON THIS PLATFORM.

Network Monetization. To sustain our independent intelligence gathering, the Genius. hub and its subsidiary brands curate offers from external third-party partners ("Advertisers") across the financial, health, and survival hardware sectors. We may earn compensation (CPA, CPL, or sponsorships) when you interact with these external campaigns.

Subscriber Due Diligence. We do not conduct forensic safety, clinical, or financial audits on the regulatory compliance of these Advertisers. The burden of verifying the safety, legality, and efficacy of any third-party financial exchange, supplement, or hardware manufacturer rests entirely upon you. We accept zero liability for negative outcomes resulting from third-party vendors promoted within our network.

All articles, blueprints, market analyses, and proprietary frameworks published on the Genius. hub and its divisions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Genius Marketing FZ.

Permitted Access. You are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to consume our network's research strictly for your personal education.

Prohibitions. You are strictly forbidden from syndicating, reselling, or mass-distributing our intellectual property. Furthermore, the deployment of automated scraping software, data-extraction bots, or malicious payloads against the Genius. infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

By registering your contact credentials within the Genius. ecosystem, you authorize the Publisher to deliver cross-vertical digital communications.

Email Syndication. You agree to receive intelligence briefings, system alerts, and vetted promotional offers from across our publication network. You may terminate email delivery instantly via the "Unsubscribe" link located in every dispatch.

SMS Network Alerts. By providing your mobile phone number, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including messages sent via an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS), from Genius. and its associated publications. Opting into SMS is not a prerequisite for accessing our standard digital content or purchasing any service.

Strict Non-Sharing Protocol: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier Immunity & Tariffs. Alert frequency fluctuates based on global events and publishing schedules. Standard message and data rates may apply. T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Instant Revocation. Reply STOP, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to instantly cease SMS alerts across the network. Reply HELP for administrative support.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genius., its parent entity (Genius Marketing FZ), its subsidiary brands, and its personnel from any legal actions, physical injury claims, property damage lawsuits, or financial penalties resulting from your violation of this Master Agreement or your implementation of the multi-disciplinary strategies discussed across our platform.

Jurisdictional Authority. This Master Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Dubai and the prevailing Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Arbitration Mandate. Any conflict, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to this contract, or your use of the Genius. network, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration overseen by the Dubai Courts.

Class Action Waiver. You explicitly agree to litigate disputes solely on an individual basis. You knowingly and unconditionally waive any right to join a class action lawsuit, consolidated action, or class-wide arbitration against Genius Marketing FZ.

We reserve the absolute right to amend these Terms of Service at any time to adapt to evolving multi-sector legal frameworks or operational requirements. Your continued use of the Genius. hub or any of its subsidiaries following the publication of revised Terms signals your binding acceptance of the modifications.

While Genius Marketing FZ operates globally from the UAE, all formal legal inquiries, compliance requests, and official administrative correspondence must be routed exclusively to our United States service nexus:
